Pricing

One price. Either assessment.

$100 per assessment. It does not change with the instrument, it does not change with volume, and nothing about the report is charged separately. There is no tier to work out which one you are on.

What one licence buys.

One person, one assessment, scored and reported. The deliverables are the same whichever instrument you run.

  • A PDF profile across every construct.
  • An Excel export of the underlying item-level scoring.
  • Sub-construct detail beneath each headline score: 41on the entrepreneurial assessment, 26 on the yacht crew one.
  • A response-validity read on whether the person engaged with the questions.

There is no separate charge for the report, the export, or a second look at a profile you have already paid for.

Buying

Licences sit on your organisation.

You buy assessments in advance and they become a balance held against your organisation, not against a person, a survey, or one of the two instruments. One licence is used each time you send an assessment to someone. The balance and the history of what was spent on which survey are visible in the app.

Charged when you send the invitation, not when it comes back.

So a candidate who is invited and never starts has still used a licence. That is worth knowing before you send a list of eighty people, and it is the reason we say it here rather than leaving it to the first invoice.

What people ask about the price

Is it cheaper in volume?

Not on a published tier. The price is $100 whether you run one assessment or fifty. If you are planning something large enough that the number matters, tell us what you are doing and we will have that conversation rather than pretend a table decides it.

What if someone does not finish the assessment?

The licence is still used. It is consumed when the invitation goes out, not when the completed assessment comes back, so an invited person who never starts has still cost you one. We would rather you knew that here than found it on an invoice.

Why do the two assessments cost the same?

They take the same work to deliver. Both run to roughly a hundred items, both produce a profile across seven constructs with the sub-construct detail underneath, and both come back as a PDF and an Excel export. Charging more for one of them would be a pricing decision rather than a cost one.

How do we pay?

On invoice. Tell us how many assessments you want, we invoice you, and the licences are added to your organisation's balance. There is no card checkout on this site, and no subscription to cancel.

Tell us how many, and we will invoice you.

Or start with one. Running a single assessment on someone whose outcome you already know is the cheapest way to find out whether the instrument earns its place.
